candied pecan and strawberry salad

   Pre heat oven to 300F

   In a mixing bowl add the egg whites and brown sugar and whisk until even

   Add the pecans and mix until all the pecans are coated completly and evenly

   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and layer all the pecans on the sheet

   Bake pecans for about half an hour

   In a serving jar add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of brown sugar, small pinch of sea salt, and freshly cracked white pepper.

   Shake it all up

   Plate the greens add pecans and strawberries and top with dressing
