3 lb grnd beef, lean

In a large pot, combine beef and next 3 ingredients.

Brown meat into fine pcs.

Drain meat from excess fat and oil.

Add in chili pwdr and next 5 ingredients.

Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Add in beans then simmer for next 20 mins.

Let your guests add in the toppings of cheese, onions, and cheese.
