Remove husks from tomatillos and wash tomatillos in warm water to remove any bits of dirt.

Remove stem area at top, like you would a tomato.

Cut in half and place in food processor bowl.

Cut jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise.

Remove seeds and ribs from only ONE of the halves; keeping in the other half.

(Note: if you really like your salsa hot and spicy, then keep the seeds and ribs in both halves.)

Place in processor.

Peel garlic cloves and add to processor.

Trim the end of the cilantro bunch; cut bunch in half and add.

Juice the two limes into the processor bowl.

Add salt and pepper.

Pulse mixture about 5 times to get things moving and chopped up.

Continue another 5 times or so until salsa is of thick consistency.
