1 sm. head cabbage
1/2 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 pkg. (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese (hot
mild)
1 tsp. flour

Cook down first 5 ingredients.

Add Rotel and cabbage; cook for 10 minutes.

Melt butter and cheese in microwave.

Stir together and then add to meat mixture.

Put in casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350F or until rice is done.
