Cabbage and Carrot Coleslaw

   Wash the cabbage, then julienne into roughly 3 cm long strips.

   Then peel the carrot, and julienne into about 3 cm long strips too.

   Put the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

   Add the cabbage and carrot from Step 1 and mix thoroughly.

   Marinate for 30 minutes.

   Thoroughly drain any moisture from the cabbage and carrot mixture, then put into a different bowl.

   Add the seasonings and mix well to finish.
