Hoisin sauce; 2 tsp Warm chili paste; 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce; 1 c. Frzn peas - thawed; 1/2 c. Parsley - minced; 1 c. Shredded carrots Lemon juice Salt and pepper

2 c. Water
1 c. Bulgar
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 x White onion - minced
2 x Cloves garlic - chopped
1 stalk celery - minced
1/2 c. Red bell pepper - sliced
2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
2 tsp Warm chili paste
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 c. Frzn peas - thawed
1/2 c. Parsley - minced

Directions: Boil water and pour over bulgar.

Set aside for 10 min.

Heat oil in large skillet.

Saute/fry onion, garlic, celery, and bell pepper for about 4 min.

Add in hoisin, chili paste and soy sauce.

Cook for 3 min.

Drain bulgar.

Add in to pan along with peas, parsley, carrots, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
