   First, preheat your oven to 300-340 degrees F (150-170 degrees C).

   Top each pita bread with 2 tablespoons of hot sauce or Buffalo sauce and spread evenly.

   Top them with around 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese; spread evenly.

   Top them with shredded chicken.

    Drizzle each one with 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing.

    Top each with 1 finely chopped celery stick.

    Bake them for 15-20 minutes, depending on the crispiness level you prefer.

    Drizzle an extra tablespoon of buffalo sauce on each pizza.

    Note: If you dont have any cooked chicken, you can throw (in a deep pot) 1 garlic clove, 2 chicken breasts (or 1 chicken breast and 2 thighs and legs, whatever) and cover with water.

    Let simmer for 20-25 minutes or until well cooked.

    Save chicken broth to make Chicken Buffalo Soup and save remaining chicken, too.
