3 lg. Large eggs
1 c. lowfat milk
1 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound lowfat milk cheddar cheese, coarsely shredded (4 c.)
2 tbsp. finely minced onion

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish with the butter.
