1 egg yolk

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1(10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

1 c. creamed cottage cheese

Heat water, 1 teaspoon salt to boiling, stir in macaroni.

Boil until tender 5 to 8 minutes.

Drain, rinse in cold water. Beat egg yolk, stir in macaroni and 1 tablespoon chives. Press mixture against bottom and side of greased 9-inch pie plate with back of spoon.

Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and cool 10 minutes.

Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over crust.
