Mix your favorite warm salsa with a few drops of your favorite warm sauce to get it slightly hotter than you would like it.

Coat onion rings, one at a time in salsa, then cover with flour.

Place on plate till you have a sufficient quantity ready to fry.

When you have the rings dipped, heat oil in the pan till warm, then start frying the rings.
