Breaded Chicken And Bananas Recipe

   In food processor, blend the condensed lowfat milk, lowfat milk,coconut, and lemon juice till smooth.

   Pour into a bowl.

   Dip bananas into lowfat milk mix; roll in the cornflakes and set aside.

   Dip chicken into remaining lowfat milk mix; roll in the remaining cornflakes and place in two greased 13-inch by 2-inch baking pans.

   Sprinkle with 1/2 c. of the melted butter.

   Bake, uncovered, at 350 degress for 1 hour.

   Arrange bananas over the chicken.

   Sprinkle with the remaining butter.

   Bake 15 min longer or possibly till chicken juices run clear.

    Garnish with starfruit and kiwi if you like.
