1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. molasses
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 lbs. fresh pork spareribs, cut into serving pcs
1/3 c. bourbon
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Warm pepper sauce to taste

Mix all ingredients except spareribs; let stand at room temperature for 1 1/2 hrs.

Place spareribs, meaty side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.

Roast, uncovered in 325 degree oven 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.

Brush sauce over ribs, roasting, turning and brushing frequently with sauce till ribs are done.

Heat remaining sauce to boil, serve with ribs.
