Boston Baked Beans

   Soak beans over night,

   add salt to beans,and water, cover and simmer till beans are tender, about 1 hr, Drain, reserving liquid

   Measure 2 c. liquid adding water if nec. mix with molasses, brown sugar and mustard,Combine bacon,beans,onion, and pour molasses mixture over. Add more liquid if needed Can add more bacon on top, Bake 300

   for 5-7 hrs
