2 lb Lean ground meat or sirloin
12 Strips of applewood-smoked bacn
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Salt & ground pepper
6 Kaiser Rolls
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
3 oz Danish blue cheese, sliced

Form 6 large patties, 1inch thick
