Blackened Tuna Po' Boy

   Preheat grill .

   Coat tuna with seasoning.

   Grill 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily .

   Mix cream cheese and vinegar until well blended.

   For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.

   of the Neufchatel mixture evenly onto cut surfaces of roll.

   Place lettuce leaf, 1 tuna fillet, 2 tomato slices and 1 bacon slice on bottom half of roll; cover with top of roll.

   Serve immediately.
