1/2 large red onion, diced
2 portabella mushrooms, diced
1 lb ground beef
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tbsp Zatarains Blackened Seasoning
1 egg, whisked
4 tbsp hot sauce
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

In a large skillet over medium heat melt the butter then add the red onions.

Cook for about 10 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown and caramelized.

In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, panko bread crumbs, cheese, Blackened Seasoning, and the mushroom and onion mixture.

Shape the mixture into a rectangular loaf on a sheet pan covered with foil.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour (maybe more if needed).

Combine melted butter and hot sauce to make buffalo sauce.
