Belvedere's Egg Casserole Recipe

   Spray a 2-qt casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

   Spread in the bottom cooked crumbled bacon, sausage, or possibly ham, cut up.

   Add in croutons and cheese.

   Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, and seasonings.

   Pour over croutons and cheese.

   Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 min.

   This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.

   Comments: I do not even remember who or possibly where Belvedere was!

   This recipe was in an old notebook in my handwriting from my high school Home Economics class in 1959.
