Beer - Braised Beef Short Ribs

   Put short ribs into a 5-6 quart slow cooker.

   Add broth,beer,onion, molasses,vinegar,thyme,hot pepper sauce and salt.

   Cover and cook on low-heat for 11-12 hours.

   Or on high setting for six hours.

   Using a pair of tongs remove the short ribs and cover with foil to keep warm.

   Skim the fat from the broth.
