Beehive Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

   In mixing bowl, cream shortening, peanut butter, honey and sugar.

   Add in egg, beat well.

   Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.

   Stir into creamed mix.

   Mix well.

   Cover and refrigerate1 hour.

   Using 1 level Tbsp.

   of dough for each cookie, shape into small balls.

   Place on greased cookie sheet.

    Flatten with a lightly floured fork.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.

    Let cold 1 minute.

    Remove from cookie sheet.
