Beefy Mushroom Bake

   Preheat oven to 375F.

   Brown hamburger, drain.

   Mix hamburger, mushrooms, and 3/4 cup fried onions and place in a 3-qt casserole dish.

   In a saucepan, heat cream of mushroom soup until bubbly, then add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir well.

   Pour over hamburger mixture.

   Cut each biscuit in half (semi-circles).

   Place cut side down around the edge of your casserole dish.

   Pour 1/2 cup fried onions in the center.

   Mix 1/2 cup sour cream with the egg, celery seeds and salt.

    Pour over the biscuits.

    Bake for 30-40 minutes until biscuits are browned and center is bubbly.
