Vegetable oil; 6 x Green onions, cut into Piece, (1 inch); 1 Tbsp. Finely minced pared fresh ginger root; 1 x Clove garlic, crushed; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dry sherry; 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch; 2 tsp Oyster sauce

2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp White vinegar
1 x Egg white
4 stalk celery, (4 to 6)
1 1/2 c. Water
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
6 x Green onions, cut into Piece, (1 inch)
1 Tbsp. Finely minced pared fresh ginger root
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tsp Oyster sauce

Cut meat across the grain into thin strips, 1 1/2-inches long.
