Servings: persons

1 lb steak, cut into 1/4 inch slices
12 lb mushroom, sliced
¼ cup onion, diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon parsley
salt
pepper
¼ cup wine
1 (12 ounce) can roasted garlic mushroom soup
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles

Saute onions in 1 tablespoon oil till soft.

Add additional oil and cook steak till brown.

Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Add wine, soup, salt & pepper; stir well.

Saute mushrooms in butter.
