1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
2 c. warm water
1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, sliced into thin slices
