Beef In Whisky Sauce Recipe

   Heat the butter in the frying pan and cook the onion and beef for 5 - 10 min till the meat is brown and cooked to taste.

   Stir in the whisky and cream heat through and bubble gently till a sauce is formed.

   Season to taste.

   Serve immediately with brown rice and green vegetables.
