1 1/2 tablespoons flour

1 can red kidney beans
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup sour cream
Freshly ground salt
Freshly ground pepper

Fry bacon in pan and add clarified butter.

Stir in onion and cook until soft.

Add beans and 1 cup water to thicken mixture.
