Salmon fillet (at least 2 inches thick, no skin)

2 Tablespoons Asian sesame oil

2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1/2 cup butter, melted

Garlic salt , to taste

1-2 Tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (add after butter is melted)

Marinade Salmon, turning to coat, 30-60 minutes.

Oil bbq grill so that fish placed directly on grill will not stick. (Can spray with vegetable spray before heating, or rub vegetable oil on grate with paper towel). Heat gas grill to medium Place Salmon directly on grill. Grill 7-8 minutes per side (depending on thickness). Sparingly baste with garlic cilantro butter (do not over baste, as butter will cause flame to rise). Turn Salmon using spatula, so the fish remains intact. Baste.
