Wash off salmon pat dry with paper towel and season with jerk seasoning

In a pan add in the 3/4 of heavy cream and stir in the butter and salt to taste cooking until thick enough to cover a spoon once thick add spinach

While the cream sauce is cooking start boiling pasta until al dente with a little salt once cooked drain and add to sauce and spinach turn heat off pasta

Turn broiler on high and add olive oil to a pan sear salmon on both sides and transfer to a baking safe dish and broil for about 2 mins take salmon put and apply bbq sauce and broil for another 2 mins

Once Salmon is nice and crispy on top layer assemble pasta on a plate and lay salmon on the pasta sprinkle chopped parsley on top
