Combine goat cheese in a bowl with Basil chiffenade, roasted garlic bulb and sesame seeds. Form into 2 oz. patties. Chill thirty minutes.

Coat cheese patties with Panco crumbs and grill on both sides with low heat (200-225*)

Grill cut side of Kaiser rolls. Arrange cheese patty, mushrooms, tomato, and onion on the roll. Top with barbeque sauce.
