Bbq Beef Spareribs Recipe

   Combine all ingredients except spareribs in a blender or possibly large lidded jar, and blend or possibly shake till the mix is thoroughly combined.

   Place the ribs in a large shallow baking pan and cover them with the sauce.

   Cover with aluminium foil and marinate at room temperature for several hrs.

   Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

   Leave the foil in place and bake for 45 min; uncover and bake another 30-40 min, basting frequently.

   Serve, cut in portions of 2-3 ribs.

   Can also be prepared with pork spare ribs.

   Can be prepared ahead and reheated.
