Cut the fillet in 4 peaces each and place in a bowl and season with the olive oil+ club house salmon season and lemon juice ..just gently rub the ingredients on the fish then set aside ... ( optional > you can sprinkle some black pepper on it as well ...I do )

In a medium bowl add the flour + cornstarch + baking soda + season salt + salt + turmeric + paprika + onion powder mix altogether with a fork and gradually add your water mixing until you get a smooth batter

In a deep frying pan on medium heat..heat your oil and once ready dip the fish in the batter and then in the oil ...fry for few minutes on each side ...(tip) > put your oven on @ 225 and place the fish on a baking tray to keep warm while the rest of your fish cooks ...enjoy !
