Barbecued Ribs with Tropical Sauce

   Place ribs in large saucepot.

   Add enough water to completely cover ribs.

   Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover.

   Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 45 min.

   Drain.

   Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-low heat.

   Heat dressing in small saucepan; add chiles and onions.

   Cook 8 min.

   or until tender, stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat.

    Add barbecue sauce, sugar and cinnamon; stir.

    Grill ribs 10 to 15 min.

    or until tender, turning and brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce mixture.
