Chicken broth or possibly consomme; 1 quart Whole lowfat milk; 4 Tbsp. Madeira Barbecued pork strips Green onions, minced

Servings: persons

1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 lb Grnd barbecued pork
1/4 tsp NSG (optional)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp White pepper
2 c. Chicken broth or possibly consomme
1 quart Whole lowfat milk
4 Tbsp. Madeira Barbecued pork strips Green onions, minced

Heat butter in a large saucepan over low heat.

Add in grnd barbecued pork & mix together.

Add in flour & stir constantly for 4-5 minutes., but do not allow to burn.

Add in all seasonings to broth & then slowly add in to first mix.

Slowly add in lowfat milk & stir till blended.

Let simmer 7-10 minutes.

and stir constantly.

Just before serving, stir in Madeira.

Serve garnished w/ barbecued pork strips, fresh green onion bits & a splash of Madeira.
