Barbecued Brisket Of Beef Recipe

   Bake brisket in oven till completely done.

   Cold overnight.

   Trim off all fat and throw away.

   Slice meat as thin as possible, keeping slices in order.

   Place slices on heavy aluminum foil and separate as you pour Barbecue Sauce between each slice and on top of the brisket.

   Close foil snugly around the meat and return to oven at 350 degrees.

   Cook again for at least an hour in order which sauce will permeate the slices of brisket.

   Serve warm.
