Line unpricked pie crust with double thickness of foil.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove foil and bake 2 minutes more until golden brown; set aside.

Reduce heat to 375 degrees.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.

Add the juices and peel; mix well.

Cook and stir until thick and bubbly, then cook and stir 2 minutes more.

Fold in bananas and pour into crust.

For streusel, combine all the ingredients and cut in the butter until mixture resembles course crumbs.
