In large mixer bowl, beat butter; add in sugar; beat in Large eggs, one at a time.

Sift flour and mix dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till done.

FROSTING:Heat butter with brown sugar till melted and bubbling.
