Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

Combine sugar and 1 cup butter in bowl.

Beat 1 1/4 cups butter in bowl until creamy.

Beat at low speed, gradually adding powdered sugar and salt alternately with whipping cream and vanilla until well mixed.

Place 1 1/2 cups frosting into another bowl.

Add cocoa; beat until well mixed.

Place 1 1/2 cups white frosting in another bowl; tint with 1 drop red food color and 1 drop yellow food color.

Tint remaining white frosting with yellow food color.

Place cooled cake upside down onto platter.

Frost entire cake with yellow frosting.

Cut around solid lines for full monkey head template.

Cut second copy out around dotted line for face template.

Place full monkey head template onto cake; draw around cut-out edges with toothpick.

Cover face and inside of ears with orange frosting piped stars.
