1 c. Lowfat sour cream
1 x 3-pound walleye, scaled and dressed
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Finely chopped onion
1/2 c. Bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Soft butter
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
5 slc Bacon
