Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Wash and dry your fish.

Spread 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on the bottom of a baking pan.

Place fish on top and sprinkle with salt.

Slice your lemons and garlic into thin slices and place all over the top of the fish.

Sprinkle with black pepper and then pour the wine all over the fish.

Bake for about 30 minutes** until the fish is cooked through and the lemons turn slightly brown on the edges.
