Peel the potatoes and slice thinly with a slicer or mandolin.

Julienne the white part of the leek (it doesn't have to be ultra thin).

Soak both in water.

Drain the potatoes and leek.

Wrap the potatoes in plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.

Mix the leek with the canned tuna!

Mix the milk and mayonnaise together in another bowl!

Put the potatoes in a heatproof dish.

Add the tuna and leek mix, then pour the mayonnaise-milk sauce over all.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then top with some melting type cheese.

Bake in a toaster oven until the cheese starts to brown (in our toaster oven it took about 7 minutes) and it's done.
