In skillet cook meat and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring to break meat into chunks. Stir in spaghetti sauce (reserve some sauce for later) and water; simmer 10 minutes

Meanwhile, cook mostaccioli as directed; drain. Mix the sauce with mostaccioli.

Pour half of the mostaccioli mix into a 9x13 pan. Put down one layer of provolone cheese. Cover with the rest of the mostaccioli mix and layer the rest of the provolone on top of that. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and cover with the rest of the pasta sauce.

Cover the pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes. 1 hour if you're baking the mostaccioli after it's been sitting in the refrigerator.
