Baked Honey Dijon Mustard Chicken

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Rinse off the chicken breasts and pat dry.

   Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper on each side and place in a 9x13 baking dish.

   In a bowl, mix the honey, mustard, basil, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne.

   Make sure everything is well combined.

   Pour half of the sauce over the chicken and spread to cover the top portion.

   I used my hands but you can use a brush.

   Bake for 30 minutes.

   Turn chicken over and pour the remaining sauce as evenly as possible.

    Bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on how thick your chicken breasts are.

    I buy Sprouts chicken and they are enormous so I baked them for the full 45 minutes and they turned out tender and juicy.

    If you have smaller, thinner chicken breasts, bake for less time or until juices run clear.

    Serve over rice.
