2 Tbsp. Butter
1 c. Minced Onions
3/4 c. Minced Celery
1/2 c. Bell Pepper -- minced

Place catfish fillets in baking pan with 1-inch lip.

In a heavy pot, saute/fry seasonings in butter till done (10 min).

Add in tomato sauce and water, bring to a rapid boil, and reduce to simmer.
