Baked Corn Dish

   Saute diced onions in butter or Crisco.

   Mix a little of the milk with the 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of flour.

   Add the rest of the cup of milk to the onions.

   After onions and milk heat, thicken with the flour and milk mixture.

   Add the corn and diced, cooked meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with crumbled soda crackers.

   Bake 20 minutes at 350u00b0.
