Baked Chicken With Potatoes And Carrots

   Cut up chicken; salt and pepper.

   Put in greased baking dish and put in oven at 300u00b0 to 350u00b0.

   Then add potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic.

   Mix golden onion soup mix in at least 1 cup of water in a pot, plus cream of celery or mushroom soup, plus 1/2 can of water.

   Heat, then pour over chicken and vegetables.

   Bake until done.
