["Bread:", "Combine the milk and butter in a bowl and heat in microwave for 1 1/2 min. on high. Combine in a mixing bowl 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and yeast, mix until combined. If kneading by hand, mix the last 2 cups by turning dough out on work surface and kneading it in. Spray a large bowl with non-stick spray, drop the dough ball in the bowl and roll around in the non-stick spray to coat. Cover with a damp cloth and put in a warm place until doubled in size.
