Baked Beans

   I use a Dutch Oven for this.

   Cook bacon down one pack at a time until crisp. Drain grease as needed. Set crisp bacon aside.

   In bacon grease sweat (do not brown) onion, garlic and jalapeno until soft

   Add apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, bacon, black pepper and bbq sauce

   Let slow simmer for 10 mins

   While this is simmering put all the beans in a crock pot .

   Transfer sauce to crock pot and set to high for 1 hour. After that you can hold on warm for as long as needed.
