Bacon Wrapped Parmesan Stuffed Dates

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

   Slice off end of each date.

   Grab a skewer and insert blunt end on unsliced end of date and push though.

   The pit should pop right out.

   Slice Parmesan into 1/4 x 1/2 pieces.

   Slide cheese right into sliced end of date.

   Slowly roll a half-slice of bacon around cheese-stuffed date and place seam-side-down on a roasting rack set in a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.

   Make sure to get it nice and tight.

   Bake for 1520 minutes until bacon is cooked through and bacon is nice and crisp.

    You can serve these warm or at room temperature.

    Just be sure to let cool a little bit if serving warm so guests dont burn their mouths.
