1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup milk

6 slices bacon (cooked, drained, chopped)
