Bacon And Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwiches With Raspberry Jam

   SPREAD half of the butter on one side of two slices of bread. Place buttered bread on work surface, butter side down.

   SPREAD jam on top surface of buttered bread. Top with cheese, bacon and remaining bread to form sandwiches. Spread remaining butter on tops of sandwiches.

   HEAT large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Place sandwiches in skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown on bottom. Turn and cook other side until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
