1 tsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Vinegar
1/8 tsp Salt, optional
1 dsh Grnd turmeric
1/4 c. Lowfat milk
1/4 c. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp Molasses
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
2 x Pork tenderloins
1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted

In a bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, salt if you like and turmeric; gradually add in lowfat milk till smooth.

Chill.

In a large resealable plastic bag or possibly shallow glass dish, combine soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, molassas and garlic.

Add in pork; seal or possibly cover and chill for 4-6 hrs, turning occasionally.
